The Chesterman Building

The Chesterman is a unique renovation located in Philadelphias vibrant and historic Fishtown neighborhood. The building houses 57 units consisting of a mix of one bedrooms, two bedrooms and two bedrooms plus den with fantastic views of Center City, the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, and Delaware river-front.

The Chesterman also boasts easy access to both I-95 and Center City and is located within blocks of a multitude of public transit options such as the Market-Frankford train line as well as several bus routes going into Center City and other adjacent neighborhoods.

In an effort to encourage its residents to be green and lower their carbon footprint the building offers a large secure garage space for bicycles located on the first floor of the building, close to the entrance. The building also exclusively uses LED lighting solutions, reducing overall electricity usage significantly.
