Near public transportation. Tenants pay all utilities. Located near major highways and shopping. Minutes from downtown, Monroeville Mall, Waterfront shopping, and Interstate 376 & Pennsylvania Turnpike. .
May accept small dog(under 35lbs). Sorry no Cats allowed. Extra security and extra rent required for small dog . If you need a Stove and Refrigerator we have a program for that if you need them.
Tenants Qualifactions:
1)Must be currently gainfully employed full time. Working full time hours. No self employment. Also documented Provable Income.(Example Full Time work W-2, paychecks, Pension, Social Security income)
2)Credit Check.(Knowing current credit score is is very helpful). Can work with some issues of credit with last month paid in advance.
3)Nothing real serious in Criminal Background Check. Small stuff no big deal.
4)Good Rental History is a MUST. No eviction or Landlord/Tenant court filing action in rental history.
5)Tenants pay all utilities.
6)House does not accept Section 8 or any 3rd party payer.
