Discover what it feels like to love where you live at the brand new Cedar Grove Apartments! The 54-unit building (parallel to Telegraph Road) is move-in ready, and the 47-unit building (parallel to James Street) will be available around mid-February. We offer a variety of unit types and sizes with their own unique floorplans: studios, 1BR/1BA, 2BR/1BA, 2BR/2BA + Den and 3BR/2BA. Both studio units are located in the 47-unit building.
These modern, thoughtfully designed homes feature high ceilings and open-concept floorplans, complete with warm-toned, wood-plank vinyl in the living spaces and carpeting in the bedrooms. Shaker-style maple cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances make for an inviting kitchen, while ample windows offer loads of natural light. Forced air electric heating, low-profile LED lighting and quartz windowsills add a little something extra, and all units are equipped with high-efficiency washers and dryers.
Each building has several secured entrances for convenience and added peace-of-mind. Every unit is allotted one reserved parking space, and additional reserved parking can be rented for $50 per month. Beyond that, we offer 5'x5' storage units on a first-come, first serve basis for $50 per month and large, 12'x20' garages can be rented for $200 per month. These options are limited, so it's important to reserve your spot right away if interested.
Amenities consist of a playground, dog run and dog wash station, in addition to an onsite management office and reception area.
Garbage, landscaping and snow removal are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water/sewer, electricity and phone/cable/internet. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval.

PROPERTY VIEWINGS: Our onsite office is open Monday through Wednesday from 11-4, Thursday and Friday from 10-2:30, and by appointment during evenings and weekends. Due to recent COVID-19 restrictions, in order to view the grounds and apartments, you must schedule your showing with our onsite manager. She can be reached at (360) 733-3900. Please leave a message if there is no reply. Messages are checked daily and you will be contacted back within 24 hours.
ACCESS: To access the property, enter the driveway off Telegraph Road and head straight back to the building addressed 1304. This building contains storage units, the onsite management office/reception area and garages.
