Large 3-bedroom apartment in Bristol Borough in walking distance to the Northeast Corridor Septa (Bristol Station). Includes 2 full bathrooms, (Master bath has whirlpool tub/shower), living room with fireplace, laundry room with washer/dryer, dining room, family room, internet (RJ45 jacks); spacious rooms. Basement unit is not part of the lease. Lessor is subject to Realtor and stringent Bristol Borough screening. Most families are accepted. All occupants must be part of the same family.
The basement is a separate unit occupied by a part-time business (used mostly for storage and accessed by the owner and his employees) and is not part of the lease, however, access to the basement utility room will be provided. The tenant pays electric and gas meters for the upstairs, and is allowed to use the internet from downstairs WiFi and RJ45 without charge so long as it is available. Tenant is responsible for cutting grass and removing snow. Owner can assist by supplying tools. One off-street parking space for the tenant, one shared, and one reserved for downstairs for the owner.
There is water and sewer but only one water meter so we will share costs based on usage (for example water is about $100 per month and sewer is about $100 every 3 months, so the owner pays about 1/4 or all of the sewer bill and tenant pays all of the water bill).
Rent $1900 plus utilities. $100 per fee.
