Tenant responsible for gas heat & electric & must provide written docs verifying utilities are registered in their name prior to move-in. Tenant is responsible to cover 75% of the hardwood floors in each room with area rugs & a runner in the hallway. Tenant will be required to place all required carpeting in unit prior to start of lease. Tenant must provide written proof that they have tenant insurance coverage prior to start of lease. Tenant removes snow and ice for their respective parking area. Refrigerator included. If it (the refrigerator) fails tenant will be required to replace or repair the unit.
