Queen size high-end Latex Memory foam bed, linens, towels.
Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
Livingroom-Dining room and the kitchen has a nice open floor plan.
The fireplace looks great with the large candles included as an alternative to burning wood.
Absolutely NO tobacco smoking, not even vapes, heavy drinking or illegal drugs.
There is a lovely covered patio out back if you are 420 positive.
No to low shedding breed of dog will be considered with pet rent of $100 and additional security pet deposit.
Priority is given to crate, obedience, house-trained pets that are current on vaccinations/flea prevention.
Sorry I love the kittys but cannot accept cats due to allergies.

Financial details:
Rent is $1600 per month- Single occupancy /no pet.
Additional Occupant and or a Pet is $100/mo per Occupant/Pet.
Refundable Pet Security deposit $500.
Security deposit due in order to reserve this rental $1000.
First month and last month due at move-in via bank app deposit, Cashier or money order or cash on arrival.
Renters insurance required.
One time cleaning fee $150.
Total move in fee for one Occupant with no pet is $1600 + $1600 + $1000 + $150 + $30 =$4380.
Total move in fee for two Occupants with no pet is $1700 + $1700 + $1000 + $150 + $30 =$4580.
Total move in fee for one Occupant with a one dog is $1700 + $1700 + $1000 + $500 + $150 + $30=$5080.
Total move in fee for two Occupants with a one dog is $1800 + $1800 + $1000 + $500 + $150 + $30=$5280.
