Pet Policy: Up to two pets allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $250/pet.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power/water/sewer (EWEB) and internet/cable if desired. Refuse service is paid by owner.

Laundry: Home includes an in-building laundry room.

Landscaping: Owner/building is responsible for exterior landscaping.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

Move-In: Building rules require one-week's notice to building management before moving in furniture and other heavy items. Please discuss your move-in date with us during the application process.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
