Cistern and septic on property, no well or public water system. This means the water is not potable (not drinkable) and the tenant can only use the water from the Cistern for bathing and toilet. Manager will provide bottled water for consumption, drinking, and cooking. Tenant must sign a liability waiver and agree to not use the cistern water for consumption.

Tenant is welcome to use the 15x32 storage barn, but the items in the barn will remain. (You may re-organize the items to make more space.)

This house is located on a 10-acre parcel, but only the 5 acres facing the mountains will be available for tenant use. The use of the back 5 acres starting just East of the storage shed do not come with the lease.

PETS WELCOME! Small dogs up to 30 pounds require an additional refundable deposit of $300, and large DOGS and CATS require a $500 additional refundable deposit plus $63/mo pet rent per animal. (Max four pets, max one cat, no aggressive breeds). There is an additional non-refundable Screening Charge for animals ($20 first pet, $15 each additional pet, no charge for service animals). We use a third-party company to verify pet application information. When you apply for the property, you will be given a link to also apply to have pets and/or animals, if any.

DISCLOSURES: Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard care. Tenant pays a $110 co-pay to cover part of the cost of delivering water to the cistern and reimbursement of bottled water. “Last month’s rent” NOT required for move in.
