We do not accept co-signers.
We pre-approve applicants based on income. All interested parties must apply first and include proof of income with your application. If we determine you do not meet the income requirements of 3x the advertised rent, we will refund your application fee(s) promptly. We process applications one at a time, in the order they are received. If you pre-qualify, we will contact you to let you know where you are in line (first, second, or third applicant for the property) If you meet the income requirements and are first in line, we will process your entire application (credit, criminal, and rental references), and if approved, we will contact you to set up a showing, at which time you can accept or decline the property. Fees for processed applications can not be refunded.
