If you wish to apply for this property there are some things you should know.
Your net income (the amount you take home) must equal 3 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must take home 3 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted. Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income. You must have a positive rental history of at least one year. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check. The full rental criteria is attached to your application. Please do NOT disturb current tenants. Showings will only be scheduled on vacant units.
$50 non-refundable application fee per adult. No smoking or vaping of any kind.
Pet Friendly. 2 pet max; dogs and cats only. Restricted dog breeds apply. No weight limit for dogs. Increase to the deposit of $500 per pet and increase to the rent of $50 per pet.
