Proof of monthly income at 3x monthly rent ($2,325))
Must be able to make online rent payments through our software
A deposit is required within 24 hours of application approval

$30 application fee for all adults over 18, IF you are selected as our resident
The tenant pays for electricity, owner pays for heat, gas, water, and trash
Coin laundry on the same floor as the apartment
