Cuyahoga Falls, OH is a quiet suburb of Cleveland nestled close to the towns of Akron and Copley. Many of these luxury apartments are pet-friendly, though you’ll need a deposit and breed restrictions are somewhat common. Cats are usually okay, but dog-owners with canine friends of over 70 pounds may have a harder time finding this type of luxury housing for rent.

For families looking for a place to rent, this lovely Ohio city also has a number of three and four-bedroom homes. Though house rentals are not as common as apartments, those that do exist offer quite a bit of bang for your buck. For example, most 4-bedroom homes out there will cost $900 to $1100 — not a bad deal for that amount of space.
