Our application process requires clean rental history no evictions and tenants must be able to provide proof of income and current residency.
No vouchers of any type no Sec 8 no Eden. 1 year lease no pets, no smoking, tenants maintain yard, cut lawn as needed and remove snow. Tenants pay water/sewer/gas/electric. There is a 200.00 water/sewer deposit required for the final billing period upon vacating the property. The monthly rent is 1,050.00 and security deposit is also 1,050.00.
1st floor has kitchen with stove/fridge provided, living room, dining room space, 3 bedrooms all carpeted and 1 bathroom. Large basement with lots of storage space and laundry connections. Home has central air, and a deck off the rear of property. No garage, but has a storage shed for lawnmower which tenants need to provide.
