Prior to receiving keys to the home:
- Provide a copy of a valid Renter's Insurance policy which includes each applicant(s)'s name plus provides Stewart Homes LLC & property owner as ADDITIONALLY INSURED & LOSS PAYEE.
- Provide proof that any utilities the resident is responsible for establishing and paying directly has been completed, such as: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, etc...
If any of these requirements are not met to the satisfaction of the Property Manager then your approval will be rescinded and we will move on to the next qualified applicant.
