Lovely 2 bedroom 1 bathroom town-home has lots to offer! The eat in kitchen has recently redone flooring, and offers a fridge for the resident to utilize! Stove not provided, but we can provide one for a $25/month appliance fee. Living room has a large picture window to allow for tons of natural lighting! There are washer/dryer hook ups in the unit as well for the resident to utilize! The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, as well as a vanity sink for added storage. The 2 bedrooms are a good size, and have good closet space. Unit does not offer central air, however there are wall units. No garage space / covered parking.
