First and security and one-year lease required. Rent includes water and sewer ONLY. Trash is free for pickup by City of Kingston. Cable hookup is available. The Interior painting of Walls, Floors and Ceilings in the rental apartment is based upon authentic historic colors of the period and the colors will not be changed.
