Voted one of the top 10 neighborhoods in the country by the American Planner Association in 2009, Kenmore, New York is as good as it gets. With 15,423 residents in the 1.4 square mile city, it seems that most others can agree with the town's livability status. Kenmore is in the southern part of the town of Tonawanda and is often referred to as Ken-Ton. Though the cost of living is surprisingly low, rent fares may be a little higher for home rentals, but are by far cheaper than other parts of the New York.
