Large beautiful flat in South Williamsburg with balcony and rooftop access. Apartment was built to sell, so it has very nice appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and a large marble kitchen island. The apartment and rooms are big for New York City. One bedroom has its own self contained bath, the other bathroom is in the hall. The flat comes furnished with very nice furniture - large wooden desk, black leather couch, flat screen tv and entertainment center, turntable, antique and reclaimed chest of drawers, nice beds, desks, etc in the bedrooms. You can see most of this from the pictures. Also, lots of plants if someone has a green thumb - otherwise I can give them to a friend.

It is a half block away from the JZM subway and a block from the G line. The apartment is on the opposite side of the road from the subway, so very little noise. Also close to the L - about an 8 minute walk. A Brooklyn Harvest supermarket is across the street, about a half a block away. The neighborhood is amazing, right in between North Williamsburg and Bushwick, with all the restaurants, brewpubs, cafes, bars, etc. There are several options for gyms nearby, including a super nice one called Soma towards the river. Domino park is about a 15 minute walk or short bike ride away.

I work for the United Nations and just received a short term (1 year) post in Sierra Leone. I have been on a long-term lease so would like to sublet for one year, with flexibility on the start and end date. July/August range.
