The Village on Sage Street provides affordable dorm-style living close to downtown Reno. The campus is comprised of eight modular buildings with 216 single-occupancy units for individuals who are at least 18 years of age who earn between $1320 - $2735 a month.

Each bedroom comes equipped with a bed, desk, wardrobe and television. We have a dining hall on site that is operated by Rounds Bakery, which features affordable grab-and-go styled meals and access to toaster ovens and microwaves. Enjoy other amenities such as our Recreation Building, equipped with a TV lounge, fitness center, mail room, laundry room and computer room or find yourself relaxing by the fire pit centrally located on the property.
