DECORE: The living room is perfect for our monthly Rocky Basin Family game night, other entertaining like birthdays and movie night, or enjoying music on the record player for a nice evening indoors.

DINING ROOM
FURNISHINGS: a LARGE 6 seater dining table with a clear vinyl cover, modern fabric dining chairs, an upright piano, and a LARGE pantry.
DECORE: Chic hanging lanterns, rustic accents, and a clean homey feel.

BACKYARD:
FURNISHINGS: Outdoor shower, jacuzzi, washer and dryer, gas grill, custom patio sections, hanging tables, covered patio pergola/awning, Astroturf, etc.
DECORE: Custom accent lighting on the walls, market lights over the patio, and a cool hanging TABLE (not swing), are come together to create a relaxing vibe for you to enjoy. Cuddle up on the memory-foam patio cushions, roast smores on the fire pit, sip some drinks and enjoy the Las Vegas weather at night.

GYM:
Exercise using the fully equipped outdoor gym. Includes a Muay Thai kick bag, dumbbell sets from 15-40lbs, workout bench, and a hex bar with rubber plate sets from 2.5lbs-45lbs!

JACUZZI TUB:
Then enjoy a nice outdoor shower and unwind in the jacuzzi from a long day of hustling!
