Rental applications are processed on a first-completion, first-serve basis.
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. All individuals over the age of 18 MUST fill out a separate application if they will be living in the property.
Incomplete applications will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure you have answered all questions on the application.
If Management accepts another application before getting the opportunity to run your application, Management will issue you an application refund within 10 business days.

HOLDING THE PROPERTY AND LEASE PREP:
If your application is approved, you will be given 24 hours to accept the offer and pay the holding deposit. The 24-hour countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you.
All leases must be dated to start no later than 14 calendar days of the lease offer date. The 14-day countdown starts at the time the offer is sent to you.
We do not require leases to start on the 1st of the month, therefore, the first month's rent may be pro-rated. Pro-rations are always based on a 30-day month. To determine the daily prorated rent, take the monthly rent amount and divided that amount by 30.
A holding deposit in the amount of $1,200 must be collected from the Applicant within 24 hours (one calendar day) starting from the time that the offer is sent to the Applicant from Management.
If your application is approved, there will be a $75 lease preparation fee due on or before the lease start date.
