Flanking the foyer, upon entering the townhouse: -to the left is the powder room (.5 bath) -to the right is the updated kitchen with an island granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). The kitchen leads to the garage -off the kitchen is the formal dining room with sliders to the backyard with a patio -the foyer opens to the grand living room with a Cathedral ceiling and wood burning fireplace The second floor boasts: -the main bedroom (main suite) with a private full bathroom and walk-in closet -a second bedroom (junior suite) with a private, full bathroom Additional features/information: -full basement with a washer and dryer (some items in the basement are staying) -central air conditioning and heating -garage is NO ACCESS until August -one reserved parking spot, near front door -tenant responsible for maintaining the backyard (HOA maintains common area lawn care snow) -gas grill is NOT to be used (gas line shut-off in basement, is not to be turned on) -tenant responsible for all utilities including (water and sewer) -additional amenities: pool (additional fee), dog park tennis court -up to two pets welcome at an additional $25 per pet (in pictures is the list of dog breeds not allowed) (tenant's insurance required) -minimum 1-year lease -first month's rent and 1.5 months security deposit is required at lease signing -all prospective adult tenants are subject to a background check (eviction, work history credit) must qualify to rent.
