My apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and building. It’s a third floor walk up unit ensuring no upstairs noise. Very close proximity to the complex is a large town park. There is ample space - shoe closet, coat closet and large supply closet, as well as a walk in closet in the bedroom - in the apartment and a dedicated parking spot (extra). The bathroom and bedroom closet were redone when I bought it three years ago. New flooring was put up at the same time. Utilities like heat, cooking gas and water will be included. Electricity will be separate. Distance from the PATH is about 12-15 minute walk.
Sorry, no dogs in the building. Smoking is absolutely not allowed in the unit nor balcony. Repainting the walls and drilling holes are also not allowed. I am also willing to leave some furniture for sale/lease it semi furnished with bed frame with mattress, media stand, kitchen prep table and/kitchen shelving. Please contact for showings. Earlier move in may be possible and at a prorated rent.
