Access to backyard is accessible also from basement walk-out. Walking distance to PATCO Speedline Station, downtown restaurants, shops, post office, seasonal Farmer's Market, to name a few. Tenant responsibilities include payment for water and town sewer, CCMUA and utilities. Tenant responsible for lawn, snow removal, obtaining parking permit from the Borough of Collingswood and providing Tenant Insurance. Must have good credit! Covered open front porch and there is a rear open deck that overlooks patio style back yard. Town pool has separate Borough fee. Gas heater and hot water heater were installed in 2016. Dog permitted at Landlord's discretion with additional $50 monthly rent...no Cats. Anticipated new lease - approx. August 20, 2019.
