It is perfectly situated 3.5 blocks from the ocean and about the same to downtown Belmar. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for the tenants use. No smoking, vaping or pets. There is a monthly utility deposit of $250 and a one-time cleaning fee of $200. The house will also be available for the month of June 2023 at the summer rate.
