Hello, we have a large three level split level house in Cherry Hill East right out of 295 and exit 31. 5 minute walk to PATCO train station for commuters. We are looking into renting our walk out basement with seperate entrance and lots of sunlight. It has a large furnished living room and we can empty the room if needed. It also has a furnished private seperate room. It has a laundry room that we might need to use once a week. It has a half bathroom in suite and we are in the process of adding a shower. The complete suite has privacy, being separated from upstairs with an internal door with lock. So your whole downstairs suite is yours without any contact with upstairs family. We have two boys not so loud but you might hear occasional sound and light noise from above. Some light noise due to air conditioning or flushing. All utilities are paid. You can use a single table top stove we have and we can purchase a microwave as well for your own needs but we can build a kitchenette for some additional cost as well. If you like to use main kitchen this can be discussed as well. In the laundry room we have a full size refrigerator you can use. We can use the backyard for family and on some days can empty for the tenant to use based on request. No parties or crowds allowed on the property out of respect for our neighbors and for sustaining the quiet neighborhood. A professional couple with two well behaved academic boys. Our lives are busy. We do not smoke, don't have any pets, don't have loud music. We will respect you and your time with us.
