If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet upon move in. This is a one-time fee. In addition, you will have a monthly pet rent per pet. The amount of the pet rent is determined based upon a paw score that Pet Screening.com assigns to your pet.
