Lil’ Nauti was built in 1957 & is one of the original cottages built on the island after Surf City was incorporated in 1949.

Once a family-fishing cottage, Lil’ Nauti sits uniquely on the property to catch the ocean breeze with a screened-in porch, perfect to watch early morning sunrises & evening sunsets. Ocean waves are vibrantly echoed with only a street separating this beach bungalow from putting your toes in the sand.

With two welcoming original built-in twin bunks located in the foyer, along with a full futon couch/bed, the privacy doors allow for a spacious place for any guest to relax and watch TV. The Master room, situated with a queen bed, is the perfect place to get comfy, and drift off to sleep listening to the sound of the waves nearby. The guest room has 2 twin mattresses (can pull together for a king-sized bed) and beautiful nook for vanity or work purposes. To experience a true sense of retro design, the original 3-person twin bunk beds, well maintained and in immaculate condition,complete the bedroom charm in this room.

The kitchen, with Granite countertops, stocked with all the essentials, is a cool, vibrant area with a convivial atmosphere. The living room offers the perfect place to unwind and recharge, Complete with books, puzzles and games, reminiscent of days gone by and where cherished family memories continue to be made. After a fun day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower located on the side of the house.

A charcoal barbeque awaits your outdoor grilling needs, with plenty of outdoor seating in the spacious screened in porch.

This vintage property contains original hardwood flooring throughout the house as well as original rattan closet doors. With an abundant amount of space to park, this beach house is walk-in ready; welcome to Surf City!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: RATES INCLUDES: Rent, Linens (including comforters, blankets, pillows) and departure cleaning (not included with monthly rentals), Pet Friendly-. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A PET - an additional pet fee of $300 will be collected, please notify Sea Coast Rentals. Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc... NO Smoking. Pets allowed. Available for rent by the week during the summer months Saturday - Saturday. Monthly reservations during the off season (mid -Sept to mid - May).**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.

ENHANCED CLEANING: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

GUEST ACCESS: Electronic entry. Our properties are individually owned and our guests will have use of the entire property!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:SUMMER CHECK-INS begin at 4:00PM and end at 5:00PM. Topsail Beach office ends at 5:00PM.

OFF SEASON CHECK-INS: begin at 3:00PM and end at 5:00PM.

Topsail Beach - Check Ins may proceed directly to their property after 4:00 PM

CHECK OUT: Is before 10:00AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure
