"Summer Winds 215" spans all three levels of the complex with an entrance on both floors one and two. Entering on level one brings you into the main living area hallway with a full bath on the right-hand side and bedroom one located to the left featuring two twin beds. The hallway extends to include a laundry area with washer and dryer and a private indoor elevator dedicated solely to this unit.
The main living area with flat screen television and access to the ocean view deck is located in the rear of the unit. Bedroom two is set to the side of the first floor living area and has a private bath, double bed as well as access to the ocean view deck.
Take the private elevator or the stairs to the second floor and arrive in the dining area. To your left you will find a second living area with a large comfy sectional couch, ocean views and access to another ocean view deck. Set to the side of the living area is a lovely kitchen with granite counter tops, modern cabinets and stainless appliances. To the left of the living area is bedroom three with a queen bed and a private full bathroom.
On the third floor, you will find a loft area and two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared bathroom.
