I have a massive condo in Cameron Village and need 3-4 roommates.

All the common areas are huge and in the process of being furnished. There is a sunroom, dining room and living room with tv.
Kitchen has 2 sinks, 2 fridges, 2 ovens plus other appliances like microwave and dishwasher.

I live in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There are 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor besides my suite and 1 large master suite with private bathroom that includes gigantic tub, shower and 4 closets on the 1st floor.

Each bedroom gets it's own dedicated parking spot behind the condo.

Bedrooms range in price.
The smallest goes for $750, the next biggest is $950 and the suite is $1500. Shared utilities range from $100-200/month per person.

Need first month and security deposit of 1 month's rent.
Credit report, background check and references required.
