Second floor has a master bedroom which has a bed set and a big closet, the second bedroom has a bed set , the third room doesn't have any bed and the fourth room has a bed set. The house has a dining table and some furniture. Two month Deposit and the first month rent are quired to move in. The owner will fix the front yard and paint the porch.
