Individual rooms for rent in a house located in university area. Walking distance to shopping areas including Trader joes. We have 3 rooms that are $800 per person and includes utilities like water, electricity and internet. There is a bonus room for $900. Initially it will be 4 people sharing 1.5 bath and we will expand two more rooms downstairs for rental and we will have a full bath downstairs so it will be 3 people sharing one full bathroom. Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet is $1200 with utilities included. All rooms will be furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk and chair. All common areas will be furnished and kitchen will have all the basic utensils.
