This Belhaven unit is super cute, and tucked away. It is so nice how "high up" this one feels too! You get to it by walking up the front steps of the big white building (811 Fairview), and walking down the left side of the porch to the door you see in the photos. You then go up the stairs, and into unit F, on the "Front."

It has a big living space with a window unit, and enough room to move furniture around into different configurations. Kitchen comes with a frig, an electric range, and plenty of sunlight. The bedroom has a big closet, and an extra hanging rod for more hanging clothes. The bedroom also has another window unit, and a heater.

5. Finally, once you find out if you are approved call the office (601-376-9128 and press the extension of your leasing agent. You will need to either bring in your deposit which will hold the house for you, or bring your deposit and first month's rent into the office - and you can move in.
