Yes, the town is an urban location, but you'll be able to take your pick of the properties here. This is a good thing if you want to be close to the Brentwood Square. You can also find Brentwood High School within the City Center's boundaries.

Hanley Industrial Court/Hanley Road: This spot is home to the Promenade at Brentwood, and is host to a metrolink station. If you're looking for public transportation, this St. Louis light-rail system will get you downtown (or anywhere) in a hurry. You'll find Hanley and Rosalie Parks here, as well. Though slightly less populated than the City Center, you'll pay a little more for your house rental here. Though Brentwood is relatively friendly to foot-traffic and you can hoof it around town to get some errands done, don't plan on walking full-time. Your car's going to come in handy around here.

Where do the locals go for a good time? If you're not willing to hop on the metrolink and scoot downtown for the afternoon, there are plenty of entertainment options within Brentwood's city limits. There are eight city-maintained parks that you can visit during your free time, and for lunch you can enjoy one of Brentwood's many culinary choices.
