The dining room has a walkout to the small porch behind the property. There's a laundry room with extra storage off of the kitchen.
The two bedrooms are downstairs with a full bathroom between them. Both bedrooms are a good size and one has a walk-in closet.
This carriage house has a private covered car port and an outdoor shed for storage. There's lots of natural light throughout the unit with views of the surrounding gardens and yard.
