Laundry facilities and additional storage available on site! Tenant pays utilities. This unit is eligible for Section 8.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
• Due to the pandemic, we have changed our application process. Please read the following closely.
• You may fill out the application for FREE by selecting the "Apply For This Unit" button on this page.
• Please include ALL sources of income under the JOBS section.
• It will ask you for your credit card information. We do not process ANY fees until you give us written permission.
• If the you meet the requirements (or have had a qualifying conversation with us), you will be asked to provide written confirmation to process your application fee of $30.00 for background checks.
• Once background checks are passed, a live tour of the property will be arranged. A mask and gloves are required. If you decide that the property is not a good fit for you after your tour, we will refund fees.
• If you decide you would like the unit after the in-person your, a $250 deposit is required within 3 days to hold the property.
• Once tenants are placed in the residence, the $250 is applied towards their Security Deposit.
The duplex was renovated in 2017 with new windows, new roof, new plumbing, new electrical, and new furnaces. Easy access to the I94 and the Green Line for transit to either city, shopping, the new MN United stadium, the UofM, etc..
