We have a 2b/2b condo available for rent. It is on the third floor with a two-floor plan with a fireplace and washer and dryer in the unit.
Rent is $1750.00 and includes Heat, TV, internet, 2 parking spots in a indoor warm garage, water/sewer and access to an indoor pool and gym, the only bill you will be responsible for is electricity.

The condo is drugs and smoke free and that will not be negotiable.

The complex is Centrally located, you will have access on walking distance to bus lines, Centennial Park, Adams Hill Trail, Whole Foods, and many restaurants. Also, the Airport, Southdale mall and Mall of America are as close as 10 mins drive.

The security deposit is a full month's rent, your full deposit amount will be kept until move out, pending any damages to the residence.

We prefer 2 occupants, max 4 (if its a family). The tenant must be responsible, clean, respect and take care of the place as their own.

The terms of the lease are 12 months, you will need to pass a background check, have references and a proof of income.
