I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my apartment because I recently relocated for work. Ive lived in this apartment for 3 1/2 years after graduating from college. This is a 3rd floor fully renovated (in 2016) unit with a dedicated parking spot. All new everything- paint, flooring, kitchen appliances, updated countertops, and cabinets.
651 Square Foot 1 bedroom 1 bath fairly open floor plan (Espresso floorplan). Tons of natural light comes in through all the windows. The current going rate apartment is $1100 +. Easy access to all major freeways in the area and downtown Ann Arbor.

This apartment has been smoke-free, kid-free and pet free. The carpet is still nice and clean, as are all the floors. The neighbors are all working professionals who are quiet and respectable. Never any issues with anyone. Safe and quiet neighborhood on beautiful grounds. Playgrounds scattered throughout the property. Easy to run/jog around the property since it is not a high-traffic area.
I never had animals here, but cats and dogs (some breed/size restrictions) are welcomed. We will have to inquire within the office to see about restrictions and pricing.
Dedicated parking spot is in view from all windows of the apartment, and is right outside the front door (second closest to the building). Secured locked building that requires a key to get into. Washer and dryer unit in a locked room right outside this units door. The locked mailbox is located right inside the front entry door.
Utilities:
-Central air and heating controlled by a thermostat
-The Pines will bill you for water, trash, and sewage. For the 3 1/2 years Ive been here, it has ranged from $28-$35 a month. It was on the higher side when my cousin was visiting.
- I had AT+T Uverse internet and cable and paid $110 a month. I opted for just the internet a year ago and now pay $60 a month. You will have the option to get Uverse or Comcast.
-DTE bill comes in at about $90 during winter months and $50-$60 during summer
