Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water). Rent is billed/paid directly with Venmo or zelle by the 1st of the month.
Grass cutting and snow removal are responsibilities of tenant. Lawn mower and Snowblower are available for tenant to use. Due to the mature trees in the yard, tenant must be willing to rake the leaves in the fall.
No Smoking. No pets. 18 month lease required. $1200 security deposit. In order to quality for the home, verifiable income, strong credit score (700 or higher) and excellent rental history with references is required.
