Non-Refundable Application Fee: $45 per applicant
(Any occupant 18 years or older will be required to have an approved application)
At the end of your application, you'll have the option to pay your $45 application fee by Credit, Debit, or e-check. Additionally, you can bring in a money order to our office. Your application fee must be paid in order for us to process your application. You only need to submit one application and it can be transferred to other properties we have available.

What happens after I apply?
Applications take 24-48 hours to process. You will be notified whether you are approved or not. Once approved, we will schedule a time to view the property/properties that you like and qualify for.

To complete your Application, you will need the following:
- Social Security Number
- Driver license / ID Number
- Current Address
- Email & Phone Number
- Rental History
- Employment History
- References

Requirements:
- Income MUST be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount
- Rental History
*No judgment or evictions within the past 3 years, positive:
* Landlord References
*Payment History
-On-time payment history on any open payment accounts such as car loans, credit cards, and utilities.

Please note: if you do not complete the application in full or if you do not submit the requested documents it will prolong your application process.
