3. You MUST gross 3 times the monthly rental income to qualify Section 8 Applicants Need only Voucher for Monthly Rental Qualifactions ONLY*** No Felonies No Evictions No Pets including Emotional

4. Call the office (313) 980-0025 and let us know you have completed this process. A leasing manager will work with you to schedule a self-showing of the property on approved.
