* No landlord/tenant judgments
* No collection accounts
* No active bankruptcies
* Must be on the job for 6 months

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* All individuals 18 and over must submit an online application and provide a copy of identification and social security card.
* Application fee: $50.00 to cover the cost for a background check and must be submitted via online portal.
* Utilities must be in the applicant's name by the time of the move in. Including proof of water & sewage affidavit issued by DWSD.
