Tenant Screening Criteria
*Credit score of 670 or higher.
*Combined gross income of applicants and co-signers must be three times the rent.
*The credit/background check and income verification fee are $60.
*Current and previous landlord information must be verifiable.
*First and last months rent and a one month security deposit is required. Total $4800
*Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for property maintenance.
*Small dogs or cats are allowed at $50 a month. No more than two.
*No Smoking.
*We do not participate in the Section 8.
*Tenant responsible for lawn and snow removal.
