This is a non-smoking home and there is a strict no smoking policy. Pets are not preferred, but can be arranged for extra deposit ($500 per pet, up to two max) and additional monthly pet rent of $25 per dog. There are breed restrictions established by the community HOA.
Minimum Lease Agreement is 2 years. First month rent and one month security deposit will be required. All applicants will need to complete a credit check and background check ($55), need a minimum of 650 credit score, verified ability to cover monthly rent obligation, and have no history of bankruptcy or eviction. Anyone living in the home who is over 18 years of age will be required to complete a background check.
In person tours/open house will be allowed after a completed application is reviewed and approved, and before a lease is signed due to an extreme amount of interest in this property. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
