There is a $55 fee for the rental application, through Avail.co, that will cover a background and credit check. All tenants over the age of 18 years old must complete the rental application and each pay the rental application fee. Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or higher. Anything lower will require two months security deposit. I will not accept tenants with: bankruptcies, overdue debts, or a history of criminal activity.

Please be aware of these disqualifications before paying for the $55 application fee. There is an additional monthly charge for pets. Small pets (cats and small dogs) will require an additional $50 per month for each pet, and additional $75 per month for each large pet (medium and large dogs).
