It also has a backyard. The stove is gas. We base our renter approvals on 4 things, in this order: 1. Income-The Renter(s) must bring home at least 3 times the rent (net pay of $3600) per month 2. Rental history-we are looking for tenants with good rental history and referrals – NO EVICTIONS 3. Clean Background check 4. Credit-we do not base our decision solely on credit, but do look for liens, judgments, and or garnishments. If the renter(s) are lacking in one of these areas, we may ask for an increased security deposit up to double the amount of rent to try to get the renter(s) approved. We are always open to a qualified co-signer as well.
