Living Room: The living room comes with a 72in Smart TV and will have Netflix and other streaming services loaded. Relax here on one of the amazing couches!

Parlor Room: Large, beautifully furnished parlor room for conversation, relaxation, park views, and chill vibes.

Courtyard Garden: In the rear of the house is a courtyard that features peaceful plants, a gas fired grill, rocking chairs, umbrella tables, and plenty of space to privately relax.

Location: You can see the Patterson Park Pagoda from the front yard! The park hosts events like free Zumba, Lantern Parade, and Summer Concerts. There’s miles of trails in the park for exercise or leisure, a community garden, a pond, tennis courts, baseball fields, and a “casino”!

Rent includes your space and access to common areas. The house is fitted with high Gigabit WiFi internet throughout - optimal for anyone looking to WFH, game, or stream. Utilities are in addition to rent. There is plenty of free parking (and there’s always space) around the house.

Move-in date: Available immediately and preference given for earliest move in! For details or to arrange a visit, please contact me. Application and non-refundable application fee ($55 - the most thorough background check so I know we’re all cool) are required and do not guarantee approval — the process is easy and automated :) so don’t fret about it! Minimum 1 year lease (with some exceptions) and security deposit due at signing. All leases will be transferable - so if you need to leave early in that classic transient lifestyle, it can be arranged!
