This centrally-located, light-filled cottage is a short distance from the Club. It offers four small bedrooms, one is on the main level with twin bunk beds. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom also with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. There are three full bathrooms (two upper level, one main level), a renovated kitchen that opens to a family room, a separate dining room, an open living room, and a large screened porch with table that seats eight, a second refrigerator and two ceiling fans. Also a delightful front patio with rocking chairs.
This house has central air conditioning in the living room, dining room, main level bedroom and kitchen. The main level family room and the upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioning unit(s). There are ceiling fans in most of the rooms.
