Stay by the Big City in Small Town Comfort. We are located in a safe, quiet, seacoast community known as the charm in the harbor. Bostons direct neighbor to the East. We have a free shuttle that leaves from our community directly to MGH, and more on M-F. We are located on the Blue Line of the MBTA, Orient Heights Station is 1.3 miles from our front door. There is bus service at the top of the street to bring you to Orient Heights. You will have two (2) free, off-street parking spaces with the unit. We are trying to transition into longer term tenants. Payment by Tenant will be made with an automatic withdrawal from a Visa or MasterCard, provided; and, fee for same will be passed on to the tenant. Payment may also be made by certified bank check. Your unit will be professionally cleaned, as part of contract agreement every Monday between the hours of 11AM and 3PM. There is a shared, in-ground swimming pool, in summer season, accessed with Landlord permission. Positively NO PETS; and, NO SMOKING. Clothing, Food, Computer and Printer are the only personal items that will be allowed in the unit. Everything else is here for you. Linens and towels are provided by the Landlord. should sign a contract.
