The living/dining room, with its wood finish and ornamental fireplace, gives a cozy cabin-by-the-sea feel, while still offering an open and airy layout. Along with the living room, the ground level also includes a kitchen with up-to-date appliances and a breakfast bar, a new full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a laundry area.
